Chief Shihan

The essence of Karate is to improve Wasa, or techniques. Through trainings, enhancing our ability of self-control is Karate-do.
In Kumite matches, by using a proper technique, competitors are required to fight over victory by demonstrating their intensive concentrations for the maximum impact in a moment by setting a mark at just in front of an opponentīs vital point.
Also, Kata matches are required to demonstrate "Kyoku", or the highest level. Originally, each Kata movement has a meaning of the measures to deal with an opponent. Each Kata movement has a solid rule of speed, strenght and flexibility., and any movement must follow the basic rule of "Kyoku".
The compound of our blood and Kata that makes "Kyoku" is our own Kata.
It has been more than 40 years since the 1st National Cup took place in 1957. It is a great development that Karate becomes a sport irrespective of age and sex, thanks to the movment of the competitive Karate. Our associationīs mission and aim is to dedicate Karate that is understood properly and accepted by people to our society.
